Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of CronoCare.
Last updated: 5 June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CronoCare ("CronoCare", "we", "us") governing your use of the CronoCare mobile application and this website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What CronoCare is and isn't
CronoCare is a tool that helps you store your own medical documents and share them with doctors you choose. CronoCare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any AI-generated summaries are intended only as decision support for clinicians and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgement. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, or have the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Doctor accounts may require verification before certain features are enabled.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you, including delivering it to the doctors you choose to share it with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share Your Content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to store or share.
- Attempt to access another person's account, data or shared records without authorisation.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
5. Sharing & consent
You control sharing. When you share a document with a doctor, you authorise us to make that specific document available to them until you unshare it or unlink them. You are responsible for the choices you make about what to share and with whom.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronoCare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any medical decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
