Common issues
I didn't receive my one-time passcode
Check your signal and that your phone number is entered with the correct country code. Wait a few seconds and tap resend. If it still doesn't arrive, try again in a couple of minutes. Repeated requests are briefly rate-limited for security.
I can't link with my doctor
Make sure you're entering the exact code shown by your doctor, or scanning their current QR code. Doctor accounts must be verified before they can be linked. Ask your doctor to confirm their account is active.
A document won't open
Access links are short-lived by design. Pull to refresh and open the document again. If a doctor reports a record is missing, the patient may have unshared or deleted it. Re-share it from your library if needed.
